DO YOU HAVE ANY CONDITIONS?

A ticket can be refunded or changed to a gift card up until 14 days before the course date. After this, it is up to the participant themself to manage their ticket.

We reserve the right to cancel a course if there are fewer than 3 participants

Will I receive a certificate of completion for the course?

Yes, of course. The course fee includes the cost of passing the ESTA exam. The exam takes the form of an online test in English. After successful completion of the exam, you will receive a diploma.

Where is the training taking place?

We do most of our training in-house at WAGMI. The address is Agiou Andreou 139, Limassol 3036, Cyprus.

But if you would like to do training for a company, we can arrange an on-site training.

Who are your courses suitable for?

Our courses are designed to suit all levels of experience. They are suitable both for baristas who want to develop in their chosen profession and for enthusiasts who are interested in learning more about coffee or tea. Courses with a complexity greater than one should preferably be taken when you already have a certain amount of knowledge

What language are the courses in?

All courses are taught in English. English is also required for the certificate test.
