Typically under one hectare, with around 250 coffee trees
  • Rinse the paper filter thoroughly and preheat the brewer and server.
  • Add 15g of coffee, ground medium, and level the coffee bed.
  • Start the timer and pour 30g of water for the bloom.
  • Stir gently so that all the coffee is evenly saturated.
  • At 0:30, pour in a controlled circular motion to 110g total.
  • At 1:00, continue pouring to 250g total.
  • Aim for a total brew time of 2:00-3:00 minutes.
