Colombia
Blanca Ligia Riascos has lived in Nariño most of her life and inherited the family farm from her parents. She works the land together with her brothers, sharing the same drive for quality — a commitment that earned the family fourth place at the Cup of Excellence.
The farm sits at 2000 MASL in Veracruz, Buesaco, in the canyon influenced by the Juanambú river. Cherries are fermented for 48 hours and slow-dried for around 20 days under the Honey process, letting the mucilage shape a sweeter, more layered cup.
In the light roast, expect a Colombia variety with structure and a real sense of place: juicy sweetness, bright orange-like acidity, berries, brown sugar and the clean complexity Nariño coffees are loved for.

Blanca Ligia Riascos has lived in Nariño for most of her life and inherited the family farm from her parents. Deeply committed to her family's coffee-growing tradition, she shares the land with her brothers, working together on quality-driven Honey-processed Colombia. The family's dedication was recognized when they achieved fourth place in the Cup of Excellence — a milestone validating years of effort. Medina's Honey Project, supported by InConexus, reflects this journey: an expressive Colombia Honey shaped by tradition, family unity, and technical accompaniment, designed to deliver sweetness, structure, and a distinctive sense of place.
